Krida Rasik Education Society
Our college was established in 1983 under the society that was established in 1965 and named as ‘KridaRasik Education Society’ meaning-The educational society of sports enthusiasts. Blessed as we are, the founding members and trustees themselves were the ones who have reached great heights. It is due to their ever-enduring passion for sports that they decided to start this college where sports and education are encouraged equally. Our president Adv. S.P. Deshmukh has been a state level Kho-Kho player himself. The founder of the society and ex-secretary of our executive body, Lt. Adv. Babanbhauji Baheti, was a national and state level Kabaddi player.
The executive body’s vision was to fulfil the higher education needs of sports students as well as the students belonging to rural and slum area who account for majority of the total student admissions. The mission of the college matches the vision of the founders i.e. ‘To empower the students to achieve all-round development through academic excellence, physical fitness, mental and spiritual health and social consciousness.’ As a result of all these things, the college campus with a well-maintained Kabaddi playground, in the quiet and greenery of the city, was established.
The College
One of the most reputed institutes in the city of Jalgaon, Maharashtra is Adv. S. A. Baheti College, Jalgaon. Our college was established in the year 1983 with the intention of providing higher education with special focus on the children belonging to rural and slum areas.
Along with excellent academics we ensure that the students achieve great heights in the field of sports as well and for this we have sprawling ground and other facilities for sports like Kabaddi with mat, cricket, chess, kho-kho, Swimming, volleyball, soft ball, foot ball, cross country, wrestling, archery, hockey, fencing, etc. Our students, managing body members and faculty has shined at various platforms including national level sports competitions.
Students health is our priority and thus activities like yoga, dance, aerobics etc. are regularly done. Gymnasium facility is provided free of charge to all students.
We have a separate reading room with a rich library which provides INFLIBNET and other digital resources in abundance.
Smart classrooms and virtual classrooms have been established with the aim of encouraging the students to go for competitive exams and professional courses like CA, CS, etc.
Welcome session of new students, annual cultural programme are conducted by students themselves with amazing showcase of abilities and talents.
Celebrations of all key festivals and commemorative days, etc is done with great enthusiasm by all our staff and students. We are at lead when it comes to fulfilling our social responsibility while ensuring enlightenment of the students towards their rights and duties are responsible citizens and human beings. We conduct digital awareness campaign, road safety awareness programme, aids awareness programme, Rubella vaccination, etc.
We are proud of our NSS and NCC departments for they have given launch pad to many of our students to serve the nation through police and national defense force.

Objective
- To impart to the younger generation of our country, Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary, Higher-Secondary and Higher level education embodying literacy scientific, commercial, industrial, legal, social and technical training and facilitate management studies and research
- To facilitate training of teachers in any of the level of education
- To promote activities of various games and sports events to impart skills to conduct coaching campus to organise tournaments from local to national level
